Once I had qualified as a beauty therapist I worked in many salons until realising that being salon based was not for me. I ventured onto mobile services unexpectedly, and with over 12 years of experience, I now specialize in mobile beauty treatments, offering waxing, threading, lash lifts and massages – all in the comfort of your own home. I am qualified, insured and have been providing many loyal clients treatments to a high standard, ensuring that I take the booking experience, treatment and hygiene quality seriously and as a whole experience.
As a mobile beauty expert, I bring convenience right to your doorstep, saving you time and providing a stress-free experience. No need to travel or wait in lines—whether you have childcare difficulties, in between work meetings or prefer a silent treatment, I’m there to pamper you with personalized treatments that suit your schedule and lifestyle.

The Indulgence Ritual 2 hours 30 mins 220

This luxurious treatment begins with a welcoming foot and hand ceremony, a soothing hot towel cleanse and a gentle foot and hand scrub to refresh and renew. Feel tension melt away with a pressure point hand and foot massage, expertly designed to release stress and restore balance, setting the perfect tone for your journey of tranquillity. Your body is then treated to a deeply relaxing full-body massage, enhancing your sense of calm and well-being. The experience continues with a Gua-Sha sculpting face and décolleté massage accompanied by a rejuvenating mask for the face. Finally, a soothing head massage completes the ritual, promoting relaxation and a radiant, youthful glow. Every element of The Indulgence Ritual is designed to pamper your senses, restore harmony, and leave you feeling completely revitalized using premium products and skincare products customized especially for you.

The following map shows the areas covered in East London, North London & Essex. There is a travel fee and minimum spend of £40 per location. The minimum spend can be split between a group booking at one location and does not apply to any surcharges. Please see the Treatments page for further information regarding the travel fee.
PREP & aFTERCARE
Clean skin before appointment - products will create a barrier on the skin
Exfoliate 1 day before
Have a private, well lit room available with use of your bed or sofa
Avoid steam, sauna, pools, sunbeds, spray tans, make up and hot showers for 24 hours after to prevent bacteria from entering your pores
Have cold/ lukewarm showers only as heat can irritate the skin
Exfoliate 1-2 times a week
Avoid tweezing in between treatments and rebook every 2-3 weeks
THREADING
Clean skin before appointment - products will create a barrier on the skin

Have a private, well lit room available with use of your bed or sofa (treatment bed can be requested)
Have 2 medium sized towels ready
If required or for longer bookings a treatment bed will be provided which will require a 6'x3' clear space near a plug socket
Avoid steam, sauna, pools, sunbeds, spray tans, make up and hot showers for 24 hours after to prevent bacteria from entering your pores
Have cold/ lukewarm showers only as heat can irritate the skin
Exfoliate 1-2 times a week
Avoid shaving in between treatments and rebook every 3-6 weeks depending on the area
WAXING
Ensure a space of 6'x3' is cleared in advance for a treatment bed
Have 3 large towels or 2 bedsheets available (an extra blanket during colder months allows you to stay warm and comfortable during massage)
Set the mood to your taste, light some candles and play some relaxing music of your preference, check room temperature is comfortable
You will be given time to get undressed in private. Please note underwear must be kept on at all times.
This is not a sexual service. Any inappropriate behaviour will terminate your appointment immediately without any refund.
You will not be allowed to rebook any service in the future!
Drink plenty of water after your massage, this will help your lymphatic system to flush out waste products from your body
Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours as this can have a negative effect on your mind and body
Have a light meal

MASSAGE
LASH LIFT
Remove contact lenses/ make up beforehand. There is a £10 surcharge if mascara is not removed beforehand
Avoid wearing mascara on the day as any residue acts as a barrier
Have a blanket to hand and your choice of music on if you prefer
Have a private, well lit room available with use of your bed or sofa
As your eyes will be closed for a lengthy time, make sure you put away any distractions e.g. phone etc
Check the Policy page regarding patch tests
Avoid make up, saunas, steam and getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours, this will ensure that your lashes lock into place and results last
Avoid eyelash curlers completely
Sleep on your back to avoid manipulating your lashes
Rebook in 6-8 weeks
POLICY
Forms
For certain treatments, clients will be required to fill out consultation forms. You may be asked if your photos can be used on social media. If so, a photo consent form will need to be signed. All data held is GDPR compliant.
Travel Surcharges
All appointments will have a travel surcharge. At the time of booking you will be required to provide your address, this surcharge will be calculated based on mileage and this will be due before your appointment. Please see the Treatments page for prices.
Parking
Please provide your parking information at the time of booking. If you live in an area where permits are required, please provide this at the start of your appointment (very much appreciated!)
Cancellations
Any cancellations must be notified via text no later than midday the day before your appointment. All payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different date if the cancellation notice is given. Appointments booked on the same day or within 24 hours of request that are then cancelled on short notice will not be refunded/ booked for future appointments until the cancellation fee is paid, even if a payment link/ booking confirmation is not received.
Appointment Changes
Appointment changes will be treated the same as cancellations. If you need to cancel part of your treatment, this will still require notice by midday the day before your appointment. Any part cancellation notice given at the time of your appointment will not be refunded.
Payments
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a Zettle payment link (a Paypal service) via text. Once you click on the link, your entire booking will be listed along with the total. This will show any other applicable charges such as Travel Surcharge, Early Morning Fee etc. Please note that your appointment is NOT confirmed without payment, even if you have received a booking confirmation. Payments are required within 24 hours of the payment link being sent for all appointments and within 30 minutes if the appointment is within 24 hours. Appointments will be available to other clients until payment is made and is on a first paid, first served basis.
Patch Tests & Allergies
Eyebrow and lash tints/ lash lifts require a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment. Lash Lift patch tests can be posted with instructions included on request. Clients will be required to pay for postage in advance. A waiver can also be signed in place of a patch test. It is very rare to have a reaction, unfortunately if you do react, you can not have this treatment again. If you do have a reaction to any patch test, apply a cold compress on the area, take a suitable antihistamine and notify your therapist. If the symptoms worsen, seek medical advice. Please note that patch tests must be booked with another service.
